The full name of ICTI is International Council of Toy Industries, which means International Toy Industry Association.

ICTI Association was founded in 1974. Its members include Australia, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Hungary, Italy, Russia, Spain, Sweden, the United Kingdom, the United States, China and Chinese Taipei.

ICTI's requirement is to ensure that toys are produced in a safe and humanized environment. At present, ICTI's primary focus is on China, because 80% of toys produced in China are sold to western countries.

ICTI advocates three principles for toy factory production

1. "Three no" - no child labor, no forced labor, no prison labor.

2. "Four freedoms" - regardless of gender, race, believe and social affiliation.

The factory complies with environmental regulations.
